Emergency Contact Information

It is important for the Public Safety 911 Communications Center to have up-to-date contact information for local businesses in case of an emergency. Such incidents could include fires, break-ins, alarms, trespassing or medical emergencies.

Alternative contact persons should have permission to act on your behalf. It is preferred that they have keys to the business. The order the contacts are listed is the order in which contacts will be notified.

Outdated contact information may delay emergency services from gaining access to a facility in a timely manner.  Information should be updated with the 911 Communications Center EVERY TIME there is a change in ownership, contact person or business address.

All businesses in Otero County should submit their Emergency Contact information to TBRDA.

Any time there is an update, the information should be resubmitted.
